Editorial Standards & Corrections
Mindful Truth Hub publishes practical, plain-language articles about mental wellbeing, relationships, stress, movement and everyday health. The goal is simple: make useful information easier to understand without pretending that a blog can replace professional care.
How articles are researched
When an article makes a factual health or psychology claim, we look for evidence from sources that readers can check for themselves. Preference is given to systematic reviews, peer-reviewed research, major public-health organisations, government health services and established medical institutions. Where the evidence is mixed, observational, early, or limited, the article should say so rather than presenting uncertainty as certainty.
What counts as a good source
- Peer-reviewed systematic reviews and meta-analyses when available.
- Official guidance from organisations such as the World Health Organization, national health agencies and recognised public-health bodies.
- Primary studies when they add useful detail that is not available in a review.
- Clear links to sources so readers can inspect the evidence rather than simply taking our word for it.
What we avoid
We do not intentionally publish miracle cures, guaranteed outcomes, unsupported diagnostic claims, or advice that tells readers to stop prescribed treatment. We also avoid presenting a single study as settled science when the wider evidence is uncertain.
Health and mental-health boundaries
Mindful Truth Hub is an educational publication, not a clinic. The site owner is not a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or therapist. Articles may help readers understand research or prepare better questions, but they do not diagnose conditions and do not replace individual medical or mental-health advice.
If a reader is in immediate danger, is thinking about self-harm, or is experiencing a medical emergency, the appropriate step is to contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional rather than relying on an online article.
How we edit
Articles are checked for readability, internal consistency, source links, obvious factual errors and overly strong claims before publication. Automated tools may be used for formatting, grammar or drafting assistance, but health claims are checked against the linked sources before an article is published or substantially updated.
Updates and corrections
Research changes. If an important source is updated, a study is retracted, a recommendation changes, or we discover that an article is misleading, we may revise the article. Material corrections should be made as soon as reasonably possible rather than silently leaving known errors online.
If you notice an error, a broken source link, an unclear claim or something that deserves more context, email mindfultruthhub@gmail.com. Please include the article title and the sentence or section you are referring to.
Independence and advertising
Editorial conclusions should not be changed to please an advertiser. If the site uses advertising, the existence of an ad does not mean Mindful Truth Hub endorses the product or service shown in it. Sponsored content, if ever published, should be clearly identified.
