About Mindful Truth Hub

I’m Owais Khan, and I write everything here.

This site exists because of a gap I kept running into. When you go looking for information about anxiety, depression, relationships, stress or everyday health, you often find either clinical material written for practitioners or wellness content that sounds confident without showing where its claims came from.

Mindful Truth Hub is my attempt to sit in the middle: useful writing in ordinary language, with sources readers can open and check.

What I do here

I read studies, systematic reviews and public-health guidance and turn the useful parts into articles that are easier to follow. When evidence is mixed or limited, I try to say that clearly instead of turning uncertainty into a headline.

I also care about practical value. An article should leave you with something you can understand, question or use — not simply repeat information that already exists elsewhere.

What I’m not

I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist or doctor. I do not diagnose or treat people. Mindful Truth Hub is an educational publication, not a healthcare service.

Nothing here replaces advice from a qualified professional who understands your individual circumstances.

How articles are produced

Health and psychology claims are checked against linked research or authoritative public-health sources. Articles are reviewed for readability, overly strong claims, broken references and internal consistency before publication or major updates.

You can read the full Editorial Standards & Corrections Policy, including how sources are chosen and how corrections are handled.

What I write about

  • Mental health — anxiety, depression, loneliness and the patterns that affect everyday wellbeing.
  • Stress and burnout — what prolonged stress can do and practical ways people can reduce overload.
  • Relationships — connection, boundaries, friendship and difficult interpersonal patterns.
  • Movement and everyday health — walking, exercise, sleep and sustainable routines without miracle claims.

Corrections and feedback

If I have misunderstood a source, written something unclearly or linked to outdated evidence, please tell me. Corrections are more useful than pretending a published article can never be wrong.
